TERMS & CONDITIONS : The participant(s) acknowledge receiving and agreeing to these terms and conditions as set forth below covering the services to be operated by All Park Tickets, located in Orlando, Florida, USA.
RESERVATION/PAYMENT : A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value of the booking per person is needed at time of the booking of the reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Final payment may vary as per the hotel and operator requirements for special events, Holidays, Carnival and New Year’s or group ticket reservations have special payment instructions. Agent will advise when reservation is confirmed. Additional deposits may be necessary during high season in most countries such deposits are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of all these Terms and Conditions. If payment is made by credit card, a 4% credit card processing fee will be charged per person and participant(s) will waive any chargeback rights – NO EXCEPTIONS.
RATES : All rates quoted are based on the day of posting, and is subject to change. Prices are per person. Child rates are quoted and based on the day of posting, and is subject to change. Price of child rate is per child.
COST INCLUSIONS : All Park Tickets negotiates for the best possible rate available at the time of booking considering quality, quantity and type of service offered. In our rates to you, we have to include general costs, all commissions and All Park Tickets compensation for operation, supervision, promotion and profit. Once quotes are accepted, no adjustment for rates paid can be made.
DOCUMENTS/VOUCHERS : Vouchers and Tickets are issued after final payment is received. Final documents WILL NOT be issued if a copy of this page is not received duly signed by the passenger.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS : Please read or Refund Terms Page. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. All Park Tickets WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE ANY ACCOMMODATIONS, TRANSPORTATION OR MEALS DUE TO THIRD PARTY CANCELLATIONS OF SERVICES RELATED TO YOUR ATTRACTION TICKET(S). THIS ALSO APPLIES FOR ANY WEATHER CONDITIONS OR ACTS OF GOD.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS : We accept VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS. There is a convenience fee of 4% for all credit card transactions – NO EXCEPTIONS. Verbal authorization binds clients to all terms and conditions and allows us to process reservation at quoted cost. With the reception of documents, card holders acknowledge receipt of services and agree to perform the obligations set forth in the agreement with the card issuer. ALL SERVICES ARE PREPAID. NO REFUNDS POSSIBLE ON SERVICES FULLY OR PARTIALLY NOT USED.
RESPONSIBILITY: All tickets, vouchers and any other documentation provided and/or issued by All Park Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier; to their policies and terms & conditions, as well as All Park Tickets' policies and terms & conditions. Any complaint should be sent in writing and signed WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS of ticket purchase or cancellation of ticket. All Park Tickets reserves the right to accept or reject any refund for an attraction ticket and/or voucher. If a ticket and/or voucher is canceled, All Park Tickets will not be held liable and the consumer will agree to this policy. If the services included cannot be supplied or there are changes in the program, All Park Tickets will use its best efforts to arrange for comparable services where applicable. Any resulting additional expenses will be the responsibility of the participant, not All Park Tickets. The participant agrees that neither All Park Tickets nor its affiliates and employees shall be held liable for any damages, loss (including but not limited to personal injury, mental distress, loss of employment, insufficient income, death and property loss) inconvenience, or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing ticket services, or by any change in itinerary, voucher and any other document, unless caused by the negligence of All Park Tickets or its employees in its contractual duty.
The participant expressly waives all rights which he or she may have against All Park Tickets in connection with the foregoing. No person, other than the Director & CEO of All Park Tickets by legal document in writing, is authorized to vary or waive any condition in the itinerary.
By enrolling in and paying for an attraction ticket/voucher, all participants agree to accept and will be bound to each and every item mentioned under the terms and conditions from both All Park Tickets and the respective attraction company and/or service.
