REFUND TERMS

Cancellation Policy :

In the event of your tickets being cancelled due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s, All Park Tickets must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows :
  • 60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the total ticket cost
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total ticket cost
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total ticket cost
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total ticket cost

Less than 72 hours or No Show : No Refund

In case of Special Train Rides, or seasonal visits, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

MODE OF REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
